Fruity Dutch Baby

Our family favorite breakfast food when we get tired of regular eggs and bacon is a Dutch Baby

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit 

In a blender combine:

4 Eggs

1/2 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Flour

1 TSP Vanilla

1/4 TSP Salt

3 TBSP Sugar

2 TBSP Melted Butter

Zest of 1 Lemon (or TBSP of Lemon Juice)

Once combined you will need:

1 oven safe skillet ( we use a large cast iron)

2 TBSP Butter

1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, peaches)

Melt the butter in your oven safe skillet, once melted add in 1 cup of fruit. Immediately add the batter from your blender and transfer to your oven for 15 minutes
