Peach Bread

Bread:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups peaches (3-4 medium peaches)
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan
- Mix the sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until combined
- In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt
- Genlty mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, do not overmix
- Fold in diced peaches
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. It is done when the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean!
Glaze:
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup peaches
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
7. Let the bread cool in the pan for roughly 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool
8. For the glaze, mix the powedered sugar, melted butter, diced peaches, and vanilla until smooth. Add cream only if you need to thin it out
9. Drizzle glaze over cooled bread!
