Peach Jam

You can make peach, nectarine or apricot jam with this recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds peaches (15ish medium sized peaches)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash your peaches, cut all peaches in half to remove the pit and put into a large saucepan.
- Once in a saucepan blend your peaches down with an immersion blender (potato masher, regular blender, or food processor works)
- Stir in sugar and lemon juice until combined.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture thickens. I cook mine down for around 40-50 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Transfer to sanitized jars
- Once cooled you can freeze for around 6-12 months or process in a water bath canner for 10 minutes (check your elevation)
